Shipping & returns
Everything ships from our workshop in Shenzhen, China. Made to order, tracked, and returnable for 30 days.
Production & delivery times
Nothing is picked from a shelf. Your piece enters the printer queue when you order, which means 2–3 business days of production before it ships. Add the delivery time for your region:

Express is DHL or FedEx and includes signature on delivery where the destination supports it. Business days exclude weekends and Chinese public holidays — Chinese New Year in particular can add a week in late January or February, and we flag it on the site in advance.

Free standard shipping on orders over $75, and free express on orders over $250. Costs are recalculated in your chosen currency at checkout before you pay — there are no surprises after the fact.
Tracking & missed deliveries
- You receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the workshop.
- Standard parcels are handed to the local postal network for the last leg, so tracking may pause for a few days mid-route. That is normal.
- If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours and your building reception first, then contact us within 14 days. We will raise a claim with the carrier.
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will reship once you cover the second shipping charge.
Duties & taxes
Prices exclude import duty and tax. This used to be a minor detail for low-value parcels; since 2025 it is not. The rules changed in almost every major market. Position as of October 2026:

Where a charge is due, the carrier contacts you before delivery and usually adds its own handling fee. We will quote a delivered-duty-paid (DDP) figure on request — for US and EU orders above roughly $250 that is normally the cheapest way to buy, and it removes the doorstep surprise entirely.
We declare accurate values on every commercial invoice. We will not under-declare a value or mark a commercial order as a gift: that is customs fraud, penalties run to several times the duty avoided, and we retain the documentation to show what we declared.
Returns & exchanges
Return anything unworn within 30 days of delivery, in its original box. Email returns@lattiq.com with your order reference and we will send instructions within one business day.
- Faulty or wrong item: we cover shipping both ways and will repair, replace or refund as you prefer.
- Wrong size: the first size exchange is free both ways.
- Change of mind: return shipping is yours, typically $6–$12.
- Earrings: returnable only with unbroken hygiene seals, for hygiene reasons.
- Engraved or customised pieces: not returnable unless faulty.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the parcel reaching us. We do not refund original shipping charges for change-of-mind returns.
Warranty claims
Every piece carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects: cracking, delamination, failed living hinges, and plating that wears through under normal use. Accidental damage, everyday scratches, and damage from perfume, chlorine or solvents are not covered.
To claim, email a photo of the piece and your order reference to support@lattiq.com. Approved claims are repaired or reprinted free of charge, including shipping.
